These are some photos of Timmy this morning at breakfast. I was able to capture some of his signature facial expressions. Such a cutie!

Last week we put up the Christmas tree. We let the boys help us decorate (then "fixed" some of the decorations after they went to bed). Every year we get each of the boys their own ornament, and Isaac enjoyed pulling his out and figuring which year they were from. They both had a great time blowing on the horns and trying to make a noise with them.

In other news, we had Isaac's first parent/teacher conference on Tuesday. He's not failing kindergarten! Yay! His teacher, Mrs. Tisa, told us this funny story. Last week they were practicing writing words and her told her, "At home, my parents spell-talk, and as soon as I learn to read I'm gonna know what they're talking about!"

Yesterday, Timmy fell down and dislocated his elbow. I had to take him to the Emergency Department because the doctor thought he might have broken his clavicle. Thank God he didn't! He's fine now, but I was pretty scared for a little while there. I have the feeling that was the first of many ER visits for Timmy. He's tough! He only cried when the doctor moved his arm around. Much better today.

Maurice had his Christmas concert at church this weekend. It went very well, as usual! Now he just has to prepare for the Christmas Eve services, then he can take a bit of a break.
